Up, Up, and Away

Right. When does the balloon go up?

If you've lived in, or have driven very fast through the South you will be very well aquainted with these two hairdos. You'd think all the hairdressers who learned to inflict these unspeakable acts on a woman's head would have all died out or retired by now, but nooooo, I saw a helmet-head exactly like blondie over there at the supermarket last month. I have the feeling this model has the same exact hairdo to this day.

I'm starting to suspect the strange popularity of Big Southern Hair is a result of women attempting to hide massive deformed skulls, skulls swollen to ungodly proportions through the overuse of those delightful Southern desserts made from Cool Whip and Jell-O.

I have no explanation for Princess Bed-Head here.
