Impliments of Destruction

Antique crocheting thingies.

Top to bottom: Bone crocheting hooks. Top two are Victorian with fancy carved tops, the third is late Victorian to early Edwardian with a knob that was carved seperately and attached later. Fourth is an ivory-handled crocheting hook with steel hooks on either end in different sizes. Bottom item is an ivory-handled bodkin, used for poking holes in fabrics to make a space to insert a crocheting hook, like the lace on handkerchiefs.

Thrift stores rule.

Going back to sleep now.
